Marina del Rey Garden Center is a member of Master Nursery Garden Centers; a co-op of the finest independent garden centers in the country. Our sales associates have taken and passed a rigorous exam which deals with a broad range of both green goods and hard good products.

Sales Team
Dago Herrera (below), California Certified Nursery Professional, previously worked for the Armstrong Home & Garden Center on Pico Boulevard (not part of the chain) from 1979-1994. He then joined Armstrong Garden Center for approximately 11 years, before joining the Marina del Rey Garden Center team. We're happy to have him on board. He is a home gardener, with many varieties of fruit trees, vegetables he grows from seed, including tomato plants, and a variety of berries and flowers. He has attended UCLA for classes in horticulture.
Steve Rivera (below), a certified Master Nursery Professional, is a familiar sight to longtime customers. He has been an integral part of the garden center since 1984.
Herbert (below), has been in the industry for 11 years and is a Master Nursery Professional. He previously worked at Merrihew's and Mortigan's and has taken horticulture courses at Santa Monica and Pierce colleges.
